05.11.2002 ANNOUNCEMENT. 15.12.2002, Moscow, club Tochka : the only performance of german synth / electro pop band MELOTRON. The band will perform in the context of promo-tour supporting their last album - "Weltfrieden" (2002, Synthetic Symphony/SPV). 07.08.2002 ANNOUNCEMENT August 23-25, 2002 - Sudeikiai, at Alaushas lake, Lithuania, will be a neo-folk / darkwave festival Menuo Juodaragis - 2002 (Black Horned Moon). On this festival groups of the following styles will be playing: Neo-folk, authentic folklore, gothic, industrial, tribal, avantgarde, ebm, ambient, noise, etc. Among others: ROMOWE RIKOITO [prussia], RISA ZVEJNIEKI [latvia], EVA [poland], TIERMES [finland] and Lithuanian groups - DONIS, SEDULA, RUGIAVEIDE, ZALVARINIS, KULGRINDA etc. Despite live enevts, lections, meetings, exhibitions, DJ-sets are also in the festival program. 01.08.2002 Lately, 27.07.2002 and 28.07.2002 in Bolkow (Poland) was the 9th dark / independent festival Castle Party, which is the largest dark / independent festival in eastern europe. Amonth groups were: CLAN OF XYMOX, HOCICO, DAS ICH, DANCE OR DIE, FADING COLOURS, CLOSTERKELLERS, ACCESSORY, INSCAPE, MOONLIGHT etc. UGP team visited the festival. You can also look at lots of photos of undiscovered but great gothic / industrial bands: Anapilis, Donis, Girnu Giesmes, Mano Juodoji Sesuo, Memoria, Nata, Notanga, Rosewater, Ruination, Siela, Sugyvulinos Latakams, Trolis, Xess, Zalvarinis, etc.

15.05.2002 The epochal news for all ukrainian independent / gothic / industrial scene and important step for Ukraine: first time legendary ukrainian goth rock / folk industrial band КОМУ ВНИZ  will perform on biggest gothic festival in the world - Wave Gotik Treffen - 2002 which wil take place from 17 to 20 of May in Leipzig (Germany).   КОМУ ВНИZ will perform on Saturday, at 23:30 and the band will be headliner of this day on Moritzbasteiе scene. Around 150 most famous gothic / industrial / experimental bands from all over the world including : FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, DE/VISION, IN EXTREMO, DAS ICH , HAGGARD, ARCANA, THE MISSION, MOONSPELL, MERLONS, MORTIIS, CLAN OF XYMOX, HAUJOBB, SOFT CELL and all others will take part in it. List of the countries, approximatelly 40 000  goths, will come from for 4 days of festival, covers the whole planet - beginning with Germany, England, France and other countrie of Europe and mentioning Japan, USA and others. Группы обычно выступают на 12-ти различных сценах, раскиданных по всему городу Лейпцигу. Для передачи аотмосферы музыки разположение сцен тематически варьируется - в старинном замке, в подвале, заводском цеху и етс. В рамках фестиваля будут также показы кино-фильмов, фэшион-шоу, готик / индастриал дискотеки и тому подобные мероприятия. В частности, по предварительной информации вполне возможно, что украинские группы VINKY и СКРЯБИН будут выступать на немецких фестивалях Herbstnachte и M'era Luna соответсвующе. Остальные результати продюссерской деятельности Портала будут анонсированы в втором квартале 2002 года.

15.07.2001 We have just made Unofficial Ukrainian Castle Party Site - www.gothic.com.ua/castleparty . We support this gothic/dark wave festival which will happen 27-29 of July in Bolcow. This year Portal arrange the trip of ukrainian gothic/folk industrial band - Komu Vnyz to the festival. There will be such bands as Das Ich, Illuminate, Garden of Delight, Endraum, Legendary Pink Dots, Whispers in the shadow,etc performing on the festival this year...

07.07.2001 We have published one more review and photos from Wave Gotik Treffen - 2001. You can read review here - and you can also see photos here . In review and on the photos - Cinema Strange, Front 242, L'ame Immortelle, Blutengel, London After Mindnight, EverEve, Veljanov and other famous bands...We will pusblish even more photos later on and some other review.
